Why can't I preview or download attachments?

If you are trying to preview or download a file that was attached to the RFP (or to a question in the RFP), but it's not working, your corporate firewall might be blocking access to the file's location. Vendorful securely stores files in Google Cloud Storage. To access these files, you can try retrieving them while connected to another network, e.g. a WiFi hotspot or your via your home Internet provider. For a more robust solution, we suggest that you reach out to your IT team and ask them to whitelist the following URL: storage.googleapis.com/vendorful-files. Once this URL is whitelisted, you should be able to retrieve the files.
